Our House is Complete and it's OURS!

Well, as of May 30th, we are once again homeowners. I am so thrilled that we got through the process finally. We had some challenges because I don't start at IBM for another month and we live out of state. If we could have closed in June that would have delayed our first mortgage payment by a month -- oh well.

Tim, our realtor in Austin, is awesome! I wish everyone that relocates could have Tim as their realtor. He has done more than take care of us. We have really appreciated all his work in making things happen on our behalf. There are many times that he did more than we ever would have done had we been in Austin.

Tim sent over these pictures of the house as of last night. Yesterday was rainy in Austin, so our grass and landscape got a good watering. I'm totally fine with the rain. In fact, let it rain all of June to keep our grass green and get it ready for our new lawn mower!
